Here is a nice little carpet originating in the Tadla plain. East of the Hauz of Marrakech, and north of the High Atlas. Woven using various types of fibers, all of industrial origin and re-employed. It is built according to ancient practices, with no borders and in segments/registrers, while integrating multicolored checkerboards. Period: post 2000 – Dimensions: ca 170 x 125 cm / 68″ x 50″
